Welcome — I’m Mark, founder of gymBrew.
Back in 2015, I kicked off my journey in the health and fitness world — building a thriving community of hundreds of members across six locations in Berkshire, UK.
When 2020 turned everything upside down, I had to adapt and pivot. But one thing never changed: my drive to create meaningful, health-driven experiences.
With my background in nutrition (and a serious love for great coffee), I trained as a coffee roaster and poured my energy into a new pursuit: exceptional coffee that fuels the body and mind.

THE CRAFTY CRAFT: Uniquely roasted using a high air-flow technique, this elevates the natural sweetness to give a smooth and pure taste. Unlike traditional roasting, the chaff, the skin of the bean, that surrounds the raw bean is removed during the air process whilst in normal roasting this is burnt onto the bean. This makes the resultant air roasted beans more pure as the beans will taste less burnt and acidic.
WHAT DOES IT TASTE LIKE? Creamy, buttery mouthfeel with chocolate notes, characterised by a natural sweetness.
