Welcome — I’m Mark, founder of gymBrew.
Back in 2015, I kicked off my journey in the health and fitness world — building a thriving community of hundreds of members across six locations in Berkshire, UK.
When 2020 turned everything upside down, I had to adapt and pivot. But one thing never changed: my drive to create meaningful, health-driven experiences.
With my background in nutrition (and a serious love for great coffee), I trained as a coffee roaster and poured my energy into a new pursuit: exceptional coffee that fuels the body and mind.

THE CRAFTY CRAFT:
We use a high–airflow roasting method that boosts the beans’ natural sweetness for a smooth, clean cup. During this process, the chaff - the thin skin on the bean - gets lifted off and removed. In regular roasting, that skin usually burns onto the bean, which can give the coffee a slightly burnt or acidic edge. By taking it away, our air-roasted beans taste purer and sweeter.
THE CAFFEINE CRAFT:
Lab tests show each espresso comes in at 124mg of caffeine from an 18g dose — around 50% stronger than your usual 63mg espresso. So it’s easily one of the UK’s strongest 100% Arabica coffees. And thanks to the quality of the Arabica beans, that extra kick comes through as a clean, steady boost of energy.
The best bit? The beans are naturally low in acidity and packed with antioxidants, making them a great fit for a healthy, balanced lifestyle. They’re also loaded with CGA polyphenols at 356mg per 100ml - basically natural plant compounds that help protect your cells and support overall immunity.

It’s got a creamy, buttery feel with a touch of chocolate and a natural sweetness running through it. The roast lands at medium-dark without any bitterness, and the taste strength comes in at about 3.5 out of 5.
