I'm Mark, and before coffee, I spent years helping hundreds of people improve their health through fitness and nutrition across six locations in the South of England.
Then 2020 changed everything.
I had a choice: start over or build something new that could continue making a difference.
With a background in nutrition, a passion for performance, and a serious love of great coffee, I knew where I wanted to go next.
