I'm Mark, and before coffee, I spent years helping hundreds of people improve their health through fitness and nutrition across six locations in the South of England.
Then 2020 changed everything.
I had a choice: start over or build something new that could continue making a difference.
With a background in nutrition, a passion for performance, and a serious love of great coffee, I knew where I wanted to go next.

Our English Breakfast brings together luxury black teas from Assam in India, Sri Lanka and China, carefully blended to create a rich, full-bodied cup with plenty of character.
Its story may begin across the tea-growing regions of Asia, but its soul is unmistakably English, a proper breakfast tea made for good china, generous mugs, quiet moments and lively conversation.
The Brew Time blend, created for those who like their tea to have a little more presence. It brews to a deep reddish-brown colour, with wholesome tea aromas, a full and rounded flavour and just enough astringency to give the cup a wonderfully refreshing finish.
And it doesn’t mind how you take it.
It performs beautifully in both soft and hard water, and has the strength to stand up to a good splash of milk.
