I'm Mark, and before coffee, I spent years helping hundreds of people improve their health through fitness and nutrition across six locations in the South of England.
Then 2020 changed everything.
I had a choice: start over or build something new that could continue making a difference.
With a background in nutrition, a passion for performance, and a serious love of great coffee, I knew where I wanted to go next.

Our coffee is grown at elevations of 1,850-1,900 metres above sea level in nutrient-rich volcanic soil beneath a natural forest canopy.

We roast Gold Brew using a unique high-airflow roasting process designed to maximise sweetness and clarity.
During roasting, the coffee's outer skin is removed before it can burn onto the bean. This helps eliminate unwanted bitterness and harsh flavours while allowing the coffee's natural characteristics to shine.
