We roast GymBrew using a specialist high-airflow roasting method designed to maximise natural sweetness and clarity.

During roasting, the coffee's outer skin (known as chaff) is lifted away before it can burn onto the bean. Traditional roasting methods often leave this material attached, which can introduce bitter, burnt, or acidic flavours.

By removing it during roasting, we're left with a cleaner, sweeter, smoother coffee that allows the natural character of the bean to shine.
